Yuliana Puspitosari

I bring 15 years of experience as a nurse in a correctional institution, where I developed a foundation in clinical practice and supporting others through change. During an EMR implementation, I became the go-to person for colleagues adapting to new technology, sparking my interest in how data and digital tools can improve healthcare delivery. More recently, I transitioned into data analytics and completed two summer placements with the Performance & Analytics Department. I’ve gained hands-on experience in data wrangling and building interactive dashboards (Tableau, Power BI) to turn raw information into actionable insights. I’m passionate about bridging the gap between healthcare and technology, and my goal is to grow into a role where I can apply my analytics skills to improve patient care, support decision-making, and drive innovation within healthcare systems.
