Yulia Kyrpa 🇺🇦

Yulia focuses on M&A in the banking and financial sector, bank lending, structured and trade finance transactions, transactions involving distressed debts and debt restructuring procedures. She also has extensive experience in handling complex banking regulatory issues, securities transactions, insurance, as well as real estate and construction matters. During the financial crisis, Yulia developed a number of innovative legal products in demand by banks, financial institutions and corporations. She also has outstanding expertise in advising international financial organisations on the granting of macrofinancial assistance to Ukraine, expertise in the handling of complex regulatory issues in the Ukrainian financial sector, and has been appointed to represent the European Commission and EBRD.
