👋 I sit on both sides of the hiring process - as a recruiter at Randstad and as someone who rebuilt her career from zero after moving to the UK from Ukraine in 2022.Within Randstad, I specialise in higher education - working with universities across the UK to find the right people: counsellors, mental health practitioners, and the wider specialists who help students thrive. Outside of recruiting, I lead a mental health programme for Ukrainian refugees rebuilding their lives in the UK - 35,000+ people reached so far.The longer I work in recruitment, the more I see how mental health and careers are the same conversation. The right job gives you more than income - it gives you confidence, identity, belonging. But getting to that job? That's where the system breaks down, especially for people who built their careers in another country.That's what I'm working on - across all of it. Recruiting the right people at Randstad. Supporting mental health through Opora.
