• Responsible for submission NPI project for customer approval or internal approval • Responsible for handling molding project transfer such as : Mold identification, 2D Drawing, Masterlist Injection Data Sheet (MIDS) and Sample • Responsible for creating BoM and Routing based on cycle time and machine capacity • Responsible for creating document such as : FMEA and Control Plan • Responsible for creating and controlling document for production such as : Work instruction, Packaging Standard and Label • Responsible for handle Corrective Action Preventive Action (CAPA) and NCR

• Responsible for build Bill of Material NPI Project • Responsible for comparing alternative material based on MSDS or suggest from engineer and change all related document • Responsible for reporting samples material status to supervisor (complete or shortage) • Responsible for reporting samples out-of-stock materials to sales for follow up puchaser to buy material. • Responsible in compiling shipment list samples based on completed material and report to HoD. • Involved in the process of making samples to be sent to customers • Support drafter to distribute drawings to document control • Support process engineer to compare revision document to curent document and change all related document or process • Responsible to making Contract Review for NPI document

• Responsible for reporting samples material status to supervisor (complete or shortage) • Responsible for reporting samples out-of-stock sample materials to sales for purchase • Assist superiors in compiling shipment list samples based on complete material • Responsible for controlling, tracking, stocking, and making purchase request for tooling • Complete sample documents, scan and archive for distribution to other departments • Support drafter in update ECN and revising internal drawings using AutoCAD 2016 • Support drafter to distribute internal drawings to document control

• Make wire harness product according to order quantity • Ensure the products produce are of good quality • Make product according to drawings, work instruction, and SOP • Record daily output and report to leader

• Responsible for managing operational cost for courier (petrol cost, meal allowance, pulsa allowance) • Responsible for reporting petty cash and cash opname to Head of Region and PIC every day • Assist Head of Region to handling and calculate employee benefits for reimbursement • Managing employee attendance, sickness leave and extra day-off • Responsible for controlling, tracking, stocking, and making purchase request for stationary, medicine and mineral water • Sending email for daily report attendance, sickness leave and extra day-off to PIC • Arrange delivery document every weekly

• Make disposable medical products according to work order • Ensure the products produce are of good quality • Make product according to drawings, work instruction, and SOP • Record daily output and report to leader
