I design and execute high-quality global education programs bridging the United States and Japan. Drawing on insights from leading learning practices around the world, and a clear understanding of what AI and EdTech can and cannot do, I intentionally leverage in-person learning to create ideal educational experiences for learners from diverse backgrounds. I also mentor and inspire high school and college students through program design, facilitation, and individualized guidance.

Teachy is a Series A EdTech startup supporting 5M teachers globally to teach more effectively using AI and pedagogy. I led improvements to the learning product and curriculum across international markets (Latin America, Asia, Europe, Africa) and continue to support the company on international growth.

EdFuture is a nonprofit empowering high school students from diverse backgrounds in Japan to study abroad and pursue their aspirations. I partner with the founder to design programs, develop scaling and financial strategies, and teach and mentor students, helping them explore opportunities and achieve their goals

Raising Superstars is an EdTech startup for early childhood education. I managed a cross functional team and launched a new product line of educational toy bundles. I led content design, prototype testing, website design and marketing.

Letrus is an impact-driven EdTech startup improving literacy of middle and high school students in Brazil. I launched and led the Latin American expansion strategy. I identified the priority countries, developed go-to-market strategy and built relationships with potential local partner organizations.

trubel&co is a nonprofit providing STEM and civic education programs to high school students in the US. I developed the core strategy including mission, theory of change and logic models, innovated sponsorship strategy and launched board engagement.

Forecasted Japan's government spending, 1/4 of GDP, and impact of economic relief policies during the pandemic. Expanded connections to government agencies to discuss fiscal spending and collect data.

Managed 10 team members during the pandemic to estimate and release the largest financial statistic the Flow of Funds. Identified Covid-19’s impact on money flow in Japan’s financial system and uncovered additional $150 bilion liability of households by revising estimation methods.

Published report on the economic impact of the launch of Hokkaido Shinkansen (bullet train) and proposals to attract tourists. Expanded connections to regional business managers to discuss business conditions and collect data to forecast regional economy.

Assessed major banks' growing overseas business and advised them on strategy planning to improve their financial soundness to meet global financial regulation.

Consulted Japan Office to attract young donors, developed and presented donation scheme reformation plan based on research on values of youth in board meetings at the Japan Office and the headquarters in the UK.
