1. Create bespoke campaigns with Employer Branding and broadcast them via social media, job boards, etc. 2. Build Talent Pools within CRM. 3. Curate and share Merck-related content with TPSs and potential candidates.

- Acquiring understanding of business requirements and objectives, and to align HR objectives and personnel flows with these objectives. - Devise and implement human resources strategies for recruitment and selection, retention, incentive systems, compensation and benefits, talent management, training etc. - Challenge the organization to ensure continuous improvement and upgrading of talent processes and organization performance. - Ensure reward programs are competitive in the market and aligned to the business needs of the company. - Provide professional C&B analysis and report to top management team for C&B review and adjustment. - Manage talent management cycle ensuring that all steps followed up. - Enhance communication channel with management and staff, improve employee satisfaction. - Make sure all administrative & HR activities conform to Local law and Corporate policies.

1. Work closely with Sr. COE Manager and Business Leader to develop TA strategies and initiatives to meet business requirements in AP region. 2. Define and update Asia Pacific Talent Acquisition policy and guideline based on global guideline. 3. Design and run Campus Recruitment projects based on business needs. 4. Maintain and evaluate the hiring channels in cost effective manner, including website, headhunter and social media. 5. Develop and maintain talent pipeline and pool of internal and external candidates. 6. Build consultative and strategic partnerships with all levels of candidates and internal colleagues. 7. Reach the defined targets for hiring of different job families (time, costs, quality). Full execution of the recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing and pre screen, interviewing, regular communication with candidates and managers, recruitment administration, etc. 8. Provide strategy and drive hiring results based on China Operations requirement. 9. Provide training and coach for HR members and hiring managers. 10. Define referral open day and execute in China. 11. Drive Employer Branding. 12. Support Global Project exectuion in Asia Pacific, including Engagement, Onboarding, etc.
