Joined in BE Education in 2017, from an outdoor observer to become a business insider, I assist and manage various legal and compliance affairs of group’s comprehensive business units and support M&A, finance, school BD, and IP protection.

Joined in Dentons law firm since graduation. I am specialized in comprehensive business, foreign investment, financing, M&A, ODI and carbon emissions trading, etc. I have drafted and revised various transaction contracts and provided legal advice for clients and have rich experience in the company formation process, due diligence, IP and general corporate issues.

Paralegal in an international commercial law team, I assisted solicitors to draft and revise the Due Diligences documents for a large acquisition project. Part of my work was also to do the legal research about several duties and tax topics for investment in Shanghai Pilot Free Trade Zone.

Three months internship as a civil court clerk assistant, I conducted research and prepared documents for the court trials and also attended court and made notes, assisted the judges on file works, reviewed the verdict and administrative affairs. This developed my skills in dealing with litigants, chiefly by summons in chambers, and in working accurately under pressure. This involved me in coping with problems and taking responsibility for ever small details.
