Due to deteriorating trust, the supplier refused final deliveries. Urgently assigned as mediator shortly after joining, resolving communication gaps and proposing new solutions, ensured the successful and timely completion of all outstanding deliveries. • Identified and onboarded a new wire mesh supplier. Successfully secured a high-potential supplier and achieved a cost reduction of approximately 20–30% per square meter compared to existing prices. • Joined ongoing negotiations where the internal team was close to accepting a 40–50% price increase. After scrutinizing submitted data and independently researching raw material market prices, I identified inconsistencies between the supplier’s claims and actual market trends. I demanded reconsideration, leading to the withdrawal of the raw material cost increase, limiting adjustments solely to labor cost inflation, and capping the final agreed increase at about 10%.
