I am an experienced Product Manager with strong analytical & leadership skills to partner with stakeholders, closely work with the dev team, UI/UX & QA team to build high-quality products for both internal Operation managers and external clients. As a configurable survey platform product manager at SMS Assist, I leveraged industry best practices in Agile development, Test driven development to build and manage (on a daily basis) a scrum team. Within a short time, I acquired the domain knowledge and became a subject matter expert in this domain. While developing the product roadmap and charter, I also aligned our priorities with organizational goals. I built meaningful relationships with users to gather requirements and identify opportunities to build high impact products that solve challenges. Both the MVP and V2 of the product have been successfully shipped to the end users and received very positive feedback. In addition, I created and maintained proper product documentation for the users. As a key member of Program Management Office (PMO) at KPMG Advisory, I provided professional program management services to a big commercial bank in the Basel II market risk advisory and implementation Project. I led in-depth project communication and cross-team coordination and managed project progress tracking, risk management, UAT testing and deliverables to ensure the successful release. As a project manager of data technology team at Morningstar Shenzhen, I worked closely with the dev team to develop new fund aggregation data to company wised products. Also, more notably, I worked with the technical manager to build the team and train them to upskill on the mutual fund data knowledge and data collection/processing. I have enjoyed working with different industries throughout my career: Financial Service, Consulting, Facility management. My experiences across different industries and different products have taught me how to adapt to new environments and acquire new skills efficiently and start making a difference in different projects.
