Key responsibilities: • Responsible for driving all packaging projects in personal care and fabric care categories with brands like Henko, Ujala, Morelight, Maya and Margo etc. • Coordinating with R&D, quality, brand and factory teams for new product launches. • Coordinating with procurement team for sample arrangement of packaging material for new developments. • Coordinating with vendors for packaging specification alignment and for new packaging development, conducting vendor audits. • Validating new packaging machines in FAT and SAT. • Validating new molds for bottles and caps. • Developing KLD for soaps and detergent bars. • Coordinating with artwork development agencies for KLD and layouts of new pack design development & evaluation of primary, secondary & tertiary packaging artworks for new product launch and artwork changes in existing pack. • Checking printer’s color separation files and approving shade cards. • Conducting factory trials and transit trials for new launch. • Working on cost reduction for existing packaging materials. • Problem analysis and solving in current packaging materials and costumer complaints. • Developing SOP for material packing and handling in plants. • Working in SAP for Specification updating & revision, BOM quantity changes, unblock blocked stock. • Working on sustainability projects like PCR for laminates, pouches and rigids.

Key responsibilities: • Clients Coordination and problem solving. • Checking the job status and managing pre-production house. • Coordinating with production team. • Checking printing ups/plates.
