This allows me to bridge different legal systems, business cultures, and regulatory expectations.Over the past two decades, I have led legal and compliance initiatives covering AI governance, digital transformation, data governance, cybersecurity, antitrust, export controls, cross-border transactions, and enterprise technology localization. More recently, I have been deeply involved in advising global organizations on “China for China” digital strategies and helping executive teams understand how geopolitical shifts reshape technology, supply chains, and regulatory risk.I see compliance not as a constraint, but as a strategic capability that enables innovation, resilience, and long-term business growth.
