He is passionate and consistent to seek for advancement and improvement in both personal life and career life. Back in the days of studies in university, Yuen Yang had enrolled into several events that involve in both organizing management team and organizing team member. These experiences involves a lot in PR, logistics, and event management. All these experiences added up to enhance Yuen Yang in different soft skills, which may include but not limited to leadership, decision-making, communication, teamwork and many more. These experiences also build his confidence and adaptability in facing different situations. In addition to that, he has been striking to perfect his interpersonal skills that shape him into an engaging person, yet retaining his kind and helpful personality. Personally, he loves to involves in hands-on job as it gives the “creator mood”, utilizing his knowledge and technical skills. Involving in technical now just allows Yuen Yang to continue his learning, but also sharpen his insight in his field of work.
