• Responsible for safe, smooth running and efficient operation of the department, including plan, organize, and control all activities in the department, in order to achieve the quantity and quality standards with minimum cost promptly. • Work closely with the production planning and inventory control department in setting up weekly production schedules and ensuring the achievement. • Set up and preparing preventive maintenance schedule • Control and monitoring of parameter process according to the operation condition, minimize energy consumption and minimize down time. • Create and set up standard operation procedure, trouble shooting procedure, and safety procedure. • Develop proper annual budgets and mid term planning to support company growth. • Develop process and provide engineering support for process improvement and equipment upgrades. • Conduct, analyze and evaluate performance department, suggest improvements in all aspects to compliance with Key Performance Indicators (KPI). • Schedule operation activities, control plan capacity, and determine the losses. • Implement all safety aspects in department activities to achieve zero accident. • Lead to continuously improve the quality system and safety system • Guide and develop subordinate with on the job training in planning, production and technical skills, to enhance their individual performance capabilities. • Responsible and managing the inventory management system, including raw material, support material, packaging, finished goods, and maintain the inventory accuracy in order to improve material planning and optimize the availability. • Develop and review Standart Operation Procedure related with warehouse process and implement in the daily activities. • Ensure all materials and finished goods are stored according to approved storage condition in order to maintain quality. • Set up standard headcount to optimize of labor cost.

• Planning, coordinating and control of production activities • Monitoring product standards and implementing quality control programmes. • Ensure corrective action are initiated and followed up until closure for all major quality issues that arise. • Maintain production schedules, issue work orders, ensure efficiency, and ultimately produce good quality • Plan material, capacities and manpower to fulfill targets • Analyzes production requirements on a continuous basis to determine resources necessary to meet or exceed the quality and delivery expectations while supporting cost reduction initiatives • Monitoring the production processes and adjusting schedules as needed • Evaluating production activity and the existing manpower to fulfill PPC production schedule due regards quantity, quality and cost • Ensuring that health, safety and environment guidelines are followed • Implements the company policies and goals • Reviewing the performance of subordinates
