Ir. Lee Yu Chween is a certified professional engineer with the Board of Engineers Malaysia. He has a comprehensive knowledge in designing & developing electrical systems. He ensures that all his engineering work is carried out in accordance to specifications, statutory requirements, regulations and other contractual requirements, with due regard to safety, reliability, quality and sustainability and economy. He is committed and technically versatile. He has the ability to understand all related aspects of an engineering project under his area of knowledge. He is able to attend to challenges using both analytic and systematic approach. He is also someone who is able to cope effectively with changes. Ir. Lee Yu Chween had experienced all stages of project, including conceptual stage, feasibility study, detailed design, right through to installation and final commissioning of project . He possesses good team spirit and most importantanly he is an output oriennted person. Ir. Lee Yu Chween has extensive experience from having been involved in planning and designing various development. These project comprise of Residential & Condominium, Commercial high rise development, Office buildings, Hotels, Mixed development, Data Centre, Filming Studios, Car workshops,Township planning and metrorail projects.
