I am passionate about combining mechanistic research with clinical translation, and developing novel immunotherapies for mutation-specific or tissue-specific targets. I have co-founded Genehan Biomed, a biotech company that focuses on next-generation cell therapies. There, I led the discovery and engineering of novel CAR-T, TCR, and bispecific antibodies for various indications. Previously, I was the head of antibody discovery at HRAIN Biotechnology, where I established and optimized platforms for the discovery and engineering of monoclonal antibodies for CAR-T development. I also founded Pigentech Lab, a laboratory that provides services and solutions for biologics discovery and development. I have multiple patents and publications in the field of antibody engineering and neoantigen and TCR identification. My core competencies include antibody engineering, biologics discovery, neoantigen and TCR identification, genetic methods, and Linux. I am committed to finding innovative and effective solutions for unmet medical needs, and collaborating with other researchers and clinicians to advance the field of immunotherapy.

My PhD at Imperial College London focuses on engineering next-generation cancer immunotherapies by overcoming immune suppression, designing iTCR-based bispecific and trispecific antibodies, and developing novel CAR-iNKT cell therapies. Supervised by Prof. Anastasios Karadimitris, with advisory support from Prof. Jessica Strid and Prof. Nadia Guerra. 🔬 Research Focus: 1️⃣ Reversing Tumor Immune Suppression – Targeting the immune suppression axis to restore immune cell function and enhance CAR-T, TILs, NK, and γδT therapies. 2️⃣ Next-Gen iTCR Therapeutics – Engineering bispecific and trispecific antibodies to selectively activate iNKT cells, unlocking new immune pathways. 3️⃣ Optimized iNKT-CAR Design – Creating a novel CAR structure for iNKT cells, enhancing persistence, tumor killing, and infiltration beyond conventional CAR-T. I integrate cell engineering, antibody discovery, and immune modulation to drive next-generation cancer therapies.
