As an Information Technology Leader with over 10 years of experience in the energy sector, my focus is not just on keeping systems operational, but on building resilient technology ecosystems that drive operational excellence and financial efficiency. Currently, I lead the extensive IT operations at CK Enerji Turkey's leading energy distribution and retail network. To outline the scale of our operations: we manage the technological core of a massive infrastructure that serves over 8.5 million subscribers across 3 regions and 7 provinces, distributing 40 billion kWh and selling 36 billion kWh of electricity annually. Providing seamless support to more than 10,000 end-users and coordinating a 1.3 Billion TL OPEX/CAPEX budget requires not only technical expertise but also strategic vision, end-to-end vendor management, and a strict commitment to ITIL v4 standards.At the core of my management philosophy lies the transformation of the IT department from a "cost center" into a "value center." Together with the team, we centralized enterprise service management through SMAX, achieved a 97% budget realization rate using analytical models, and implemented Green IT (Secure Printing) projects that generated significant operational savings. Additionally, within our highly regulated sector (EPDK/TEDAŞ), the ISO 27001 information security governance across 6 group companies is centrally coordinated and successfully maintained.Supported by a Master's degree in Computer Engineering, I am deeply passionate about digital transformation, process design, and building strong, high-performing teams capable of navigating large-scale challenges.
