A strategy consulting project with Google MENA. With my INSEAD colleagues, we helped them develop strategies to increase the adoption of an automation function for display advertising in MENA region, through interviewing experts in Google and their users in the field to identify roadblocks of adopting the function. It’s a great consulting experience for a leading tech firm, and an excellent practice on facing client and engaging various stakeholders.
