I am a bilingual commercial litigation professional qualified as a Chinese Lawyer with extensive advocacy experience before courts in China, and hands-on litigation support experience in Australia. Having completed my Juris Doctor at Monash University, I am progressing toward admission in Victoria. In China, I independently managed complex IP and commercial disputes, including unfair competition, trademark infringement, and domain name matters, appearing before district, intermediate, and IP courts. In Australia, I support commercial litigation matters by conducting targeted legal research, preparing evidence briefs, drafting litigation correspondence and court documents, and liaising with clients and external stakeholders to progress matters efficiently through court stages. I also bring strong cross-border intellectual property expertise, advising on freedom-to-operate, managing trademark risks, and executing enforcement on e-commerce platforms and through Madrid Protocol filings.
