• Financial Strategy and Planning: Develop and execute the group's financial strategy in alignment with its overall business objectives. Provide financial leadership and insights to support decision-making processes. • Financial Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and present accurate and timely financial reports, including P&L statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, to the executive team and third parties. Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and make data-driven recommendations. • Budgeting and Forecasting: Lead the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes. Monitor budget performance and make adjustments as necessary to achieve financial targets.

• Founder of accounting department in fast-growing medical group. Handling daily accounts payable. Managing 40+ bank accounts and 20+ credit card accounts for 20+ entities, which include urgent care, primary care, adult daycare, home care, rehabilitation services, real estate and others. Directly supervising 6 employees in accounting department. • Prepared financial statements and related documents to apply for multiple loan and tax credit on a new medical center project, which is under reconstruction. Communicating with contractor to monitor costs during this 22 million dollars project. Communicating with the local government, utility companies, banks, and other third parties to address problems throughout project completion. Prepared budget, worked with CPA, attorney, banks, and consultant and received 13 million dollars new market tax credit. Responsible for all reports after closing. • One of three essential full-time employees during COVID-19 lockdown. Worked with banks and federal, county, and city governments on funding and secured a $5 million stimulus fund and loan for the Group. Responsible for reporting usage of these funding. • Working with CPA to file tax returns and resolve accounting-related issues for the Group; handling outside auditing with third-party auditor. Working with attorneys to square away different legal concerns and saved $600,000 property tax for the Group. I• Internal auditing; negotiating with vendors, banks, and other business partners to conserve costs. Working closely with entity managers and giving suggestions to improve Group efficiency. Have saved the Group more than $550,000 over 6 years. • Supervising payroll for 250+ employees. Established HR policies and 401(K) for the Group. Monitoring employees’ working hours, providing training, and handling all payroll-related issues.
