• Work on live cross-border transactions including buy-side and sell-side M&A and early stage fund raising. • Prepare the investor list for Sugarfina, a candy company and Graphin, a growing tech company emphasizing on artificial intelligence • Forecast the total addressable market for revenue projection of China Fortune Land Development, a Chinese company willing to expand into new market • Contribute to the construction of valuation models in many fields such as Sugarfina, Joyride, Graphin and China Fortune Land Development by building valuation models in Excel for projects/consortium using discounted cash flow method, dividend discount method, comparable company analysis and precedent transactions • Create projection model for China Fortune Land Development Co.,Ltd. including financial statements, working capital schedule, depreciation schedule, debt breakdown and debt schedule, and credit matric.

In charge of drawing graphs using excel, providing assurance services for companies, concluding statistical samplings, writing reports and preparing financial statements for the ending periods • Project Experience: o Project #1: Year-end audit for Jiuding Capital ▪ Reorganized company’s accounting recording structures, which saved time for our team o Project #2: Year-end audit for Tsing Capital ▪ Analyzed financial problems using accounting statements, and found potential accounting fraud o Project #3: Year-end audit for Sinovation Ventures ▪ Created new method for recording bank voucher; led to increased efficiency by using photos instead of copies
