My Career Journey: 2022 | Compal Electronics: Immediately following graduation, I joined Compal as a PMC & In-house Component Buyer. I was responsible for managing production schedules and material readiness for dozens of models, while simultaneously directing over 100 production personnel in Vietnam. This role provided me with extensive shop-floor experience and, more importantly, invaluable cross-cultural communication skills. 2024 | EE Sourcer: In my current role, I leverage my strong relationship management skills to secure optimal pricing and favorable commercial terms. I have successfully navigated complex challenges, such as factory closures and production line transfers, which required renegotiating terms with dozens of suppliers. By ensuring zero material shortages throughout these transitions, I have built unwavering confidence in my ability to maintain supply chain resilience.
