- Enterprise team customer include HPE, DELL, CISCO, ARISTA, Fujitsu and IEC. - Responsible for HPE server power / networking and DELL POC projects execution and management. HPE project: 1000W JDM, 2200W universal, mCRPS series 2400W, 3200W project. DELL POC projects: AC 1800W, DC 1400W, mCRPS 3200W - Enterprise PM Team leader, include front-end PM (locate in Taipei) and NPI PM (locate in Kaohsiung), total 14 team members. - Engagement all RFQ process, cost discussion, schedule planning and factory arrangement. - Lead the front-end PM team to run the process, negotiate with customers and do risk assessments; guide the NPI PM to do resource integration to make productivity have maximum utilization. - Be a strong and good communication and coordination bridge between team members, customers, directors, factory and cross function team.

- Responsible for HPE and CISCO server power / networking project execution and management: HPE Aruba project 1800W and 3000W, CISCO RSP2 1600W. - CISCO PM team leader with 3 team members, engagement with RFQ process with schedule planning and negotiation with cross-function team and customer.

- Main Customer is HPE and focus on server power design. - Do Topology analysis and circuit design, verify the theory by bench test. - Present design proposal & failure analysis report with optimize solution as well as corrective actions. - Analyze and optimize all of the electrical function, issue, and total cost from field and product line. - Work out for solutions for DFX issue as best as possible Project List • Customer: HP (Pending) Specification: High Line only (180Vac~277Vac), Redundant, 750W, 12V and 12Vsb Topology: CCM PFC + Phase-Shifted-Full-Bridge for main 12V + two Flyback for 12Vsb and internal standby power, EFF: 94% • Customer: HP Mass Production Project maintain Specification: Universal, 460W, 750W, 1200W, 1500W (G8 series), Redundant, 12V and 12Vsb Topology: CCM PFC + Phase-Shifted-Full-Bridge for main 12V + two Flyback for 12Vsb and internal standby power, EFF: 94% • Customer: HP G8 Series Extend Project: Mildred series Specification: Universal and 240VDC, 460W, 750W, 1200W, (G8 series), Redundant, HEM, 12V and 12Vsb Topology: CCM PFC + Phase-Shifted-Full-Bridge for main 12V + two Flyback for 12Vsb and internal standby power, EFF: 94% • Customer: HP (68.5mm width) Specification: High Line only, 1600W, Redundant, 12V Topology: CCM PFC + Phase-Shifted-Full-Bridge for main 12V + Flyback for internal standby power, EFF: 94%
