I led the deployment and commissioning of an automated narrow-belt sorting system within a high-volume logistics environment. I oversaw the entire implementation process, including equipment installation, system calibration, and operational validation to ensure stable and efficient performance. Throughout the project, I collaborated closely with engineering and technical teams to optimize system throughput, improve workflow design, and enhance operational reliability. Using operational data and statistical monitoring, I also drove several process improvement initiatives that significantly increased efficiency. By redesigning workflows and optimizing operational processes, we reduced the cost per package from $0.18 to $0.10. In addition, I monitored key operational quality metrics such as sorting accuracy, processing time, and system downtime, implementing corrective actions when necessary to maintain service-level performance. I also ensured the facility met compliance and operational readiness standards by coordinating the process to secure UL certification and the required regulatory permits for automated equipment deployment.

Ventec is a boutique firm specializing in designing, developing, manufacturing, and selling high-quality copper-clad laminates (CCL) and prepreg (PP) bonding materials for printed circuit board (PCB) applications. During my time at Ventec International Group, I collaborated with production and sales teams to identify operational bottlenecks and optimize resource allocation, ensuring smooth material flow and timely deliveries. By leveraging statistical analysis and segmentation techniques, I played a key role in managing working capital effectively, preventing stockouts, and working closely with supply chain and inventory managers to optimize inventory levels. I conducted in-depth price and cost analyses to support procurement decisions and improve profitability across key product lines. Additionally, I specialized in evaluating product characteristics and supplier purchases, identifying defects to maintain product quality, and organizing financial data to support strategic decision-making. To enhance financial visibility, I designed and implemented interactive Power BI dashboards, visualizing eight key performance indicators (KPIs) to facilitate real-time monitoring and performance tracking. My work also involved analyzing monthly revenue and logistics data to support financial planning and streamline reporting processes, contributing to more informed business strategies.

I supported the manufacturing and product development processes for advanced PCB materials by analyzing thermal, electrical, and material properties to enhance product performance and quality. Through data engineering tasks, I executed ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to clean and structure marketing datasets, ensuring data integrity for further analysis. In addition to database management, I maintained data accuracy to facilitate more effective analysis and reporting for marketing campaigns. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, I assessed product development needs and implemented quality assurance tests, which helped reduce defect rates and ensure compliance with industry standards. My work contributed to optimizing both product performance and data-driven decision-making within the organization.
