• Assisted in materials testing, technical advisory and qualification & certification process of additive manufacturing applications in Energy Systems and Maritime industries. • Supported Additive Manufacturing team in testing evaluation, process and materials assessment, industry/research engagement and international collaboration. • Researched and wrote an in-depth report titled “A study on materials available for Additive Manufacturing” as part of NUS Final Year Project with DNV. • Conducted an extensive literature review of current metal additive manufacturing materials, techniques, and the mechanical properties and microstructure of printed parts. • Collated and analysed SS 316L and Inconel 718 samples printed via Laser Bed Powder Fusion and compared microstructure and mechanical properties against literature values. • Evaluated the quality management process of Additive Manufacturing in context of the Energy Systems and Maritime industry, and its outlook in aiding industry adoption.

• Assisted in the formulation process of Research & Development in colourant technology through sample preparation, data collection and analysis, as well as design of experiment in accordance with industrial/ in-house standard test methods. • Carried out data measurement and analysis via operating different laboratory instruments and used Minitab/ Excel analysis to derive inferences and conclusions from experiments. • Fine-tuned a formulation of Red Oxide colourant facing low colour strength on the production line, and successfully attained a 93% increase in colour strength.

• Optimised data collection process for a Business Census targeted at Small Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in Singapore, by attending to enquires and troubleshooting technical difficulties over the phone and resolved 99% of issues in the first call. • Evaluated and reorganised data to ensure coherence with the parameters of the Business Census, to enhance data analysis for the formulation of future workplace policies.
