• Led cell module machine debugging and commissioning activities in Pack Lines. Modified and optimized existing PLC logic via Siemens TIA portal, and HMI/SCADA via Weinview to enhance equipment performance and reduce cycle time. • Implemented signal communication between PLC, AGV, and MES platform, enabling task dispatch, cell module information tracking, and real-time production data synchronization. • Integrated IPG laser welding system, KUKA robot, CCD vision system, PLC to achieve automated module positioning and busbar welding execution. • Designed and integrated electrical and mechanical hardware modifications, while restructuring PLC logic to optimize cycle time and maximize production throughput.
