• Implemented due diligence of 3 companies independently and interviewed issuers for analyzing credit risk, business model and finance in detail • Prepared 4 prospectuses and 3 due diligence reports for issuing bonds (more than one thousand pages), which would raise more than 6 billion RMB for the issuers • Draft announcements and semi-annual report for the issuers before the maturity of bonds

• Collected data on macro-economy, policies and competitors for 6 consulting projects related to retail industry and tourism industry • Lead the Macro Analyzing, Market Analyzing and Consumer Analyzing in reports to present possible scenarios under different possible commercial environments • Prepared presentations of business environments and developing advice to report to customers

• Designed the work flow of logistic company, drew and complied more than 60 flow charts and prospectus • Interviewed internal users to improve the UI and functions of IT system according to their customer experience • Recorded the content and advice of review meetings and follow up the subsequent revisions
