بصفتي الرئيس التنفيذي لمؤسسة قطر، هذه المنظومة المتنوعة والديناميكية في تحقيقها لكل ما يعنيه شعارنا "إطلاق قدرات الإنسان"، أضع على عاتقي مسؤولية التنفيذ الاستراتيجي لرسالتنا في دفع عجلة التنمية البشرية والمجتمعية. إننا في تحقيق هذه الرؤية ننتهج المعرفة، ونوجّه منظومتنا الفريدة ومواردها نحو تحقيق أثرٍ كبيرٍ وملموس على المستوى الوطني والإقليمي والعالمي، وذلك ضمن خمسة مجالات رئيسية: التعليم التقدّمي، والرعاية الصحية الدقيقة، والذكاء الاصطناعي، والاستدامة، والتقدّم المجتمعي. وبخبرة تمتد لأكثر من 20 عامًا في التأثير على المشهد التكنولوجي والاستراتيجي والتنموي، أضع من أولوياتي التركيز على تعزيز فرص التعاون وبناء الشراكات الفاعلة التي تعود بالأثر الإيجابي على المدى البعيد. إنني لأسعى في ذلك مُستفيدًا من تجاربي العديدة خلال مسيرتي المهنية التي توليت فيها مبادراتٍ تضمنت: تمكين الكفاءات الوطنية، وربط الجهود الأكاديمية بمجالات الصناعة، وتسريع تنمية مهارات العلوم والتكنولوجيا والهندسة والرياضيات (STEM)، ودعم مشاريع التبادل المعرفي، كل ذلك انطلاقًا من رؤية قطر الوطنية 2030، والتزامًا برعاية كل ما يهتم بالإنسان ويحقق له تميّزه. اليوم، أوظّف هذه الخبرات لدعم رسالة مؤسسة قطر، تلك الرسالة التي تتمحور حول مبادئ النزاهة، ويُرشدها ويسعى في تحقيقها مجتمع هادفٌ مُبتكرٌ ذو قيم سامية. As Chief Executive Officer of Qatar Foundation – a diverse and dynamic organization where unlocking human potential is at the heart of everything we do – I am responsible for the strategic execution of our mission to advance human and social development through knowledge, with a focus on harnessing our unique ecosystem to generate tangible impact on a national, regional, and global level in five core areas: Progressive Education, Precision Health, Artificial Intelligence, sustainability and Social Progress. With more than 20 years of experience in leading technological, strategic, and developmental change, I am focused on enhancing collaboration and fostering meaningful synergies that generate lasting, positive impact. Throughout my career, I have successfully led initiatives that strengthen Qatar’s workforce, bridge academia and industry, accelerate STEM skills, and support knowledge exchange – all aligned with Qatar National Vision 2030, and rooted in nurturing human excellence. I now harness this experience to support the mission of Qatar Foundation – a mission that has integrity at its core, and is guided and driven forward by a values-based community of innovation and purpose.
