-Develop and implement the strategic HSE plan of projects under their responsibility. -Helps support the HSE culture by developing effective partnerships, communicating. -Develops as applicable specific HSE procedures, tools, and process in line with the HSE program. -Conduct regular HSE Audits, Reviews and Inspections to ensure compliance with all applicable HSE plans. -Provides ongoing communication concerning the implementation and effectiveness of the HSE program. -Ensure plans exist for emergency preparedness and tests the plans for adequacy -Provides direction, leadership, coaching and mentoring to a team of HSE Supervisors and Inspectors.

- Implementation of an integrated health, safety and environmental management system in accordance with ISO 45001 V 2018 and ISO 14001 V 2015 standards - Implementation certification of the ISO 9001 version 2015 - Monitor and update the quality, safety and environmental management system:  Carry out internal audits.  Analyze anomalies, define and recommend corrective actions and control their implementation.  Ensure regulatory compliance.  Measure the efficiency of the system, and update the procedures and indicators.  Organize management reviews. - Animate the QSSE process in the company. - Involve all staff in the QSSE process. - Actively participate in site improvement projects and be a force for proposals and initiatives. - Follow up on certification audits, customer audits, etc…
