In charge of the Timmi Office product, I participated in the vision. Then I piloted the design, the roadmap, and the delivery within a team of 10 people (UX, integrator, front and back developers). In particular, we have designed and delivered a solution allowing the indoor mapping of workspaces (area, floor, etc.).

In charge of the product at Flitdesk, an all-in-one solution to simplify the management of offices and modern work organizations (co-working, hybrid work,...). We opted for a SAAS platform interconnected with the best business tools on the market with an API and a backend connected bi-directionally to third-party business services (Outlook, Google, Slack, Stripe, Mapbox, etc.). On the front end, this involved the design and development of mobile applications (Android and IOS), full-responsive web (user interface and backoffice) as well as a tablet interface (IOS) for our latest product. In charge of the product, here are some of my attributions: - Product strategy (vision > product-market fit) - Product discovery (user tests and feedback analysis, indoor mapping,...) - Product delivery + Flitdesk's design system management - Roadmap management with third parties (sales, customers, technical team, investors, support) with Jira (scrum and shape up methodology) - Management and follow-up of the team - Customer support team management

Evangelization in UX design of the different poles with a desire to create cross-functional project teams, recruitment, training, and management of a team of designers, implementation of business processes, tools, choice of technologies, and formalization of the life cycle of services and digital applications. Integrated within the Crigen, R&D, and expertise center of the Engie group (300 people), our team (10 people) brought its UX/UI expertise to all the BUs of the group that wanted it. In 1 year, we have accompanied (product discovery / UX/UI design/prototyping) about twenty group applications.

Web research (outdoor and indoor mapping, mobile app frameworks) and IT (APIs, IoT, backend architecture), UX/UI design and management of the development of several services and responsive web and hybrid mobile applications (Vertoz Silver, Vertuoz Alert, EHP works, Happ'ly, ...)

In the PIM (Personal Information Management) team, I worked in collaboration with the SENS (sociology) and DATAVENUE (Big data, connected objects, and APIs) teams. I led the design (UX/UI), prototyping, and user testing with the help of an international team of developers (Orange Labs Warsaw and Beijing). This gave life to two services: - Social memories (personal device & cloud API): a social app to share content (travels, addresses, images,...) to your different communities. - Social gardening (personal device & connected objects API): A social service for customers who want to take part in sustainable development.

The strategic direction of the company and management of the coolest team in Paris 😎 In order to promote self-production, we have created a platform for referencing shared gardens and workshops, designing and prototyping a collaborative gardening service (connected object and mobile app). Winner of the C3 challenge (data & environment), Hackathon organized by the Ministry of the Environment during COP21 and participation in the call for projects reinvent Paris with Bouygues innovation

Support management in the design, implementation and production of artistic, event or cultural equipment projects, in compliance with the rules of accessibility, diversity, equality and eco-responsibility.
