Onsite Service (2012-Present) Provided comprehensive site environmental consulting work on air permitting and compliance report. Air Permitting projects include Federal Air Permit (Title V Permit and minor modification) and State Air Permit (New Source Review (NSR) Permit and Renewal, Permit By Rule (PBR) and note to file, etc. ); Compliance Reports include Title V Deviation Report, NSPS Db Report, NSPS VV Report, NESHAP MACT, Boiler MACT, etc. Provided calculations on Annual Emission Inventory Report. As a project leader, learnt the clear lake site EHS management, and developed site Gap Analysis Review Matrix for site improvement, hosted the presentation and meeting with the site Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) department staff. LDAR Offsite Database Review: Data Analyst (2011-2013) Provided Database Forensic Analysis (DFA) audit and consent decree audit with SQL for the clients, usd Microsoft Excel Macro Visual Basic function to generate report and summarized the non-compliance issues according to the Federal Environmental Regulations. TankESP Database Calculations and Program (2012-Present) Fully utilized TankESP calculation tools and EPA AP-42 Organic Storage Tanks emission calculations, assisted the clients with tank annual and hourly emission rates calculations, and generated the detailed report. Prepared and translated presentation and documentation for conference and meetings in China.

Cooperated with China General Certification, China Renewable Energy Association to sign a Sino-US Renewable Energy Development Center, to provide a platform for all US and China renewable energy companies. Wrote the whole business plan and strategy for the development center, including the financial model, running model, etc., and wrote a report to the Chinese Energy Department. Assisted China Renewable Energy Association host the 2012 World Wind Energy Conference – Renewable Energy Panel in Beijing as a project manager.
