● Managing SolarEdge distribution WH's in EU , ISR and Rest of the world. ● Responsible for 9 WH's Inbound and Outbound activities. (from CM's, Vendors To the end customers, B2B/B2C) ● Responsible for the WH's inventory level and optimization of the stock OH (Quarantine monitoring and disposal, Slow-Moving items, Dead stock) ● Responsible for stock levels and accuracy at all company sites for a +400M$ in COGS (Stock counts, reconciliation process etc.) ● Control and monitor up to 300M$ revenue activities per Quarter. ● Working with multiple interfaces to secure and reach achieve the company revenue goals. (Demand planning NPI, Sales Ops, Product, Sales , Customer ,WH teams etc.) ● Pushing for cost reduction initiatives to reduce monthly expenses . (Rates negotiation, long term agreements , new WH sourcing etc.)

● Managing a team responsible for maintaining all company master data, including BOMs, work centers, items, and standard times. ● Oversaw raw material and packaging material planning, ensuring efficient supply chain operations. Responsible for insuring that the company stock levels are optimized to allow full support to the production lines while minimizing the storage costs. ● leading the monthly MRP cycle for all company products and PR/PO creation for RM/PM/FG . ● Collaborated with cross-functional teams, including QA, planners, warehouse, and R&D, to optimize workflows and support production efficiency.

● leading the company transfer from Priority to SAP ERP system. ● Managing the project PP/AOP modules implementation process from URS to FRS and up to Go-Live. ● Defining user requirement and working close with the development team to implement requirements and validate the process. ● Working along side MM and WMS leaders to secure full integration between all SAP modules . ● Working closely with the Finance team to build the company pricing and controls for all items produced on site. ● Define and implement the AOP module for TARO global operation in US , CAN and ISR (forecasting , demand analysis, MRP cycle, master data etc.)

● Production lines short and long term planning. ● Capacity and bottle-necks analysis to lead cost reduction processes for production lines performance improvement. ● Working with multiple interfaces such as: R&D, QA, Purchasing, etc. to achieve the company goal for revenue and future growth. ● Leading S&OP's with sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities and to allow continuous supply to the different markets. ● Responsible for building and maintaining the company ERP system and master data (MRP/MPS, BOM. Items, work centers etc.)

● Define and build BI dashboards to assist monitoring the daily performance of ZIM ships in the different routes across the world. ● Building KPI's to measure efficiency. ● follow-up on cost reduction initiatives to improve the company revenue goals.
