Plan, organize and implement preventive, corrective, predictive, proactive maintenance program and energy saving. To maintain and ensure proper recording and troubleshooting reports on Chiller system, AHU & WCPU system, Chilled water pump, Condenser water pump, Cooling Tower, Air Compressor, Air Dryer, Scrubber, Process chilled water system and Building Maintenance System which should be traceable at any time. Liaison with TNB for switching, network faults, outages, and disruption of electrical supply. Liaison with Suruhanjaya Tenaga for permit and approval. Supervise electrical schedule maintenance work on substations, transformers, and switchgears. To ensure systematic filing up of electrical load monitoring record, Facility record daily signed by the person authorized. To liaise with vendors for carrying out any facility equipment repair work externally whenever required. Establish business requirement and coordinate with purchasing department to receive the quotation. Review contractor quotes for negotiations to prepare bid packages and scope preparation if delegated. Assist in preparing budgets and review subcontractors pricing to verify compliance with the contract documents. Maintain safe and clean working environment by enforcing procedures, rules and regulations. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related result as needed. Familiar with ISO flow & ensure compliance with ISO Quality Procedure Manual. Process, track and follow up on submittals, change orders, and requests for information to and from contractor / subcontractor to efficiently resolve pending matters. Managed the transfer and successful commissioning of high-speed AI cable manufacturing and assembly utility infrastructure from Dongguan, China to the Penang facility. Facility Upgrades and Expansion Project: Infrastructure Improvement Projects, Energy and Sustainability Initiatives and direct report GM.

-To manage and lead the Facilities team (Assistance Engineer, Senior Technician, Shift Technician) daily keep track and to ensure that the Module Plant 2 & 4 facility equipment are operate in good condition. -Develop operation and maintenance management strategy to ensure zero interruption of the facilities equipment operation. -Responsible for effective communications levels and fosters team building among departments, customers, and supplier representatives. -To maintain and ensure proper recording and troubleshooting reports on Chiller system, AHU & Dehumidifier system, Chilled water pump, Condenser water pump, Cooling Tower, Air Compressor, Air Dryer, Local Exhaust Ventilation system (LEV), Process chilled water system, Genset and etc which should be traceable at any time. -Establish, review and control budgetary allowances in regard to wages, purchases of supplies, machineries, repair cost and related expenses. -Ensures that all contractors and vendors on site are aware of and adhere to all Company Safety Procedures and that they signify by signing the proper documentation. -Master on the Facilities related management, costing-control, monthly spare part purchase planning, buy off, storage & etc. -Energy Management:Daily tracking and optimise energy usage to enhance the efficiency and reduce operation cost.Implemant the energy saving initiative. -Vendor's Management: Coordinate with external vendors and service providers to ensure high quality service and maintenance . -Implement workflow procedures based on direction from Facility Manager and to undertake any tasks/projects assigned by Facility Manager/Top Management from time to time. -Manage the project expansion and upgrade existing plant.

Manage and lead the Facilities, Equipment PM maintenance to ensure proper function of capacity planning, plant equipment maintenance, building services and safety conditions. Develop operation and maintenance management strategy to ensure zero interruption of the facilities operation and maintenance world class building cleanliness. Plan and manage all the new and upgrading facilities and machine projects. Provide yearly capacity plans to match machine load profile. Establish, review and control budgetary allowances in regard to wages, purchases of supplies, machinery repair cost and related expenses. Manage and plan all equipment/machine maintenance and calibration as scheduled. Manpower planning and coverage to meet production efficiency and improve production performance. Maintain safety and standard 5S to meet companies working in a safe environment.

- Responsible support for Test and Development Engineer evaluations, analysis, test verifications/ qualifications and debug on failure and analysis. - To assist Test & Development Engineer in term of debug, test and setup. - Continue Improvement, Practice Risk Base and execution task as assigned by Engineer. - Able to work with minimum supervisor. - Compliance to Safety, ESD, Cleanroom and Housekeeping guideline. - Prepare finding reports or data and communicate with PE to improve yield and reduce scrap cost. - Manage evaluations, spec file qualifications, debug findings, and SBR builds - Compliance to ISO Requirements, company rules & regulations. - Perform any duties as directed by the immediate superior from time to time.

- Responsible for Photo Room Machines transfer. - 1997 April, Clean Room Transfer from Seagate Penang to Seagate Ipoh. (Start up Team) - 1999 Jan, transfer 30 series process machines from Seagate Penang to Seagate Ipoh, assign as 30 series startup team and machine trainer. (have trained for 6 months in Penang Seagate) - Responsibility to co-ordinate all machines set-up, trouble-shooting and maintenance. - Institute technical training and cross training, cost and administrative control system. - Assign as a shift Coordinator to Lead and supervise maintenance technicians. - Member in Technical consultant team in Photo Room Section on machines Up-Grade, Modification, Automation Project and machines improvement.
