* Characterization and domain management marketing and sales - marketing with all possible channels, working with officialsl advertising chanels. briefing staff and setting marketing objectives weeks. * Transport of meeting content and marketing strategy once a week, collaboration with outside entities such as public relations and journalism, planning and organizing special events and activities, management of advertising on social networks and digital media. * Working with institutional investors and the public regarding the business license. * Treatment of current legal matters including the preparation and drafting of agreements and employment contracts in particular. * Operations: Working with suppliers, ordering merchandise, building BOMs, testing and monitoring of economic activity. * Managing a team of approximately 15 employees: transport of weekly staff meetings, setting monthly and quarterly goals, building plan recruitment and training of new employees and operational shifts.
