As Chairman of Montego Bay United FC since October 2023, my focus is on supporting youth development and fostering excellence within one of Jamaica’s premier league football clubs. We aim to build upon the club’s strong foundations to become a leading force in football, not just in Jamaica but across the Caribbean. With over 13 years at itelCX as Founding Chairman and CEO, I have been dedicated to advancing the international customer experience industry across the Caribbean, Latin America, the U.S., and Canada. My commitment lies in delivering customized solutions for customer service and sales while building an agile, responsive organization focused on empowering teams and meeting evolving consumer needs.
