* Managing logistics Planning Function for Toyota, applying Lean methodologies to Kaizen planning process, and leading tool development project to automate and optimize the planning function. * pinpoint loopholes in different systems and cooperate with software Engineers to fix and improve systems. * Provide extensive and in-depth cost analysis and case study to support forecasting and budgeting function and help build Ideal Logistics Network.
