IPO Consumer Group Intern •Analysis of Food WeiLong in the macro environment, including other domestic food industry, such as the promulgation of the policy document, as well as the main relevant content, finally summarizes the impact of the beneficial or detrimental effect, including the industry economy, the company in revenue data, to analyze consumer market tendency and the user viscosity; •Complete the analysis of industry competition pattern for Food Weilong, use Porter's Five Forces model to describe industry concentration and product differentiation, and sort out the historical change, key management team and ownership structure of Weilong; •Analyze the business model of Food Weilong from the company's main business or main product type, and the corresponding target market, pricing strategy, and summarize the price level in the market; And from the perspective of the industry value chain to comb and analyze, mainly analyze the basic activities and support strategy, and summarize the advantages and disadvantages of Food Weilong in the value chain;
