Involve large scale project: Data Center’s network migration, Wireless Tech Refresh, Data Center’s network tech refresh, firewall migration, firewall integration. Provide technical design and deployment strategy based on customer requirement and environment. Provide high level troubleshooting to resolve mission critical customer services. Gather business and/or application requirements on the Network infrastructure to plan, design, install, test & implement systems in accordance with the specifications & service level.

• Gather business and/or application requirements on the Network infrastructure to plan, design, install, test & implement systems in accordance with the specifications & service level. • Collaborate with client IT members to influence technical decisions and strategies that support client business needs • Manage project/solution implementation, in coordination with vendors and cross-functional team members to have the network implemented on time. • Lead and guide the junior specializing in network, including scheduling and assignment of work and review performance of junior level engineers • Develop, implement and operate the standards for various pieces of network equipment including Routers, Switches, Firewalls, Wi-Fi services, etc. • Project manager for the network design and implementation project. • Provide level 2 and level 3 support troubleshooting for any networking issues. • Plan and design wireless network solution to customer.

• Respond promptly to Network incident, root cause analysis & provide temporary and/or permanent resolution of incidents escalated. • Provides customer support through on-site installation as well as overseeing any necessary diagnoses, troubleshooting, service and repair of complex equipment and system. • Providing network administration and support LAN, WANs internet/intranet for client • Maintaining client’s network infrastructure include VLAN, Routing, VOIP Routing, firewall policy, Layer 7 firewall, TACAS, packet shaper, load balancer and application control. • Network equipment installation and configuration including Cisco switch, router, access point, WLC, firewall, proxy server as per client requirement. • Setup and manage Microsoft Hyper-V Server, Active Directory Management, DHCP, DNS Server Configuration • Document the system design and functional application into specification document.

Experience: Troubleshooting, configuration, and maintenance network infrastructure.
