Job Responsibilities: 1. To lead and implement all QA and QC activities in ensuring compliance to the standards and customer requirements. 2. Ensure all in-coming material comply with relevant standard and regulatory requirements. 3. To attend all quality related issue and provide technical support on-site in resolving customer complaint. 4. Perform data analysis on product quality performance trending, carry out root cause analysis and investigation of customer complaint and follow up on the effectiveness of CAPA. 5. To drive product quality improvement and continuous improvement programs. 6. To coordinate internal and external audit 7. To review and update quality procedures and documents. 8. To conduct periodic training related to quality system and product application 9. Knowledge in 5S, kaizen and 6 sigma, problem solving, Minitab, GMP, HACCP, ISO 9001:2015, SEDEX

Job Responsibilities: 1. Assist Quality manager in all quality related issues. 2. Responsible to handle customers’ complaints, production rejects, carry out trouble shooting in production and follow up corrective and preventive action. 3. Performs testing and evaluation of new product and packaging in ensuring the quality standards meet specifications. 4. To supervise QC inspection for incoming material, in process and finished goods 5. Assist in continuous product improvement. 6. Document update and maintain accredited QMS ISO9001 & ISO14001.

Job Responsibilities: 1. Assist R&D Manager in new project /new product development in meeting customer specification. 2. Involve in new raw material testing and evaluation for continuous improvement on product quality. 3. Responsible for trial run activities and carry out product quality testing in ensuring that the product quality meeting the standards and customer specification. 4. Carry out troubleshooting in production and follow up on corrective and preventive action for product improvement. 5. Provide technical support to marketing, manufacturing and quality assurance. 6. Assist QA manager in maintaining QMS ISO 9001 & ISO/TS 16949. 7. Involve in product and process audit. 8. Knowledge in 5 Core Tools eg. FMEA, SPC, MSA. 9. Knowledge in Oracle ERP system and SHE (Safety, Health & Environment) regulations.
