Supply Chain (Women's Outlet Bags) - Led Women’s Outlet bag development and commercialization from prototype to design and product approval with crafted samples for brand identity. - Sourced factories based on capabilities, capacities and production history out of multiple factories in multiple countries (Vietnam, Cambodia, Indonesia, India, Bangladesh, Myanmar, etc.) as well as with consideration of Tier 2, Tier 3 allocation near Tier 1 location. - Operated 3 teams (2 teams in HCMC, Vietnam and 1 team in DongGuan, China). - Managed 2 development centers & 9 Tier1 factories. - Drove Service Providers’ (Tier 1) development center builds in Cambodia. - Collaborated with Men’s Outlet development team, and Retail development team to align or control tech flow season, material (recycled leather, etc.) based on strategies. - Worked directly with Coach New York headquarters (Development and Design) as well as cross-functional teams (leather team, textile team, hardware team, strategic costing team, etc.) in Asia region. - Conducted product excellence meeting with product operation team and factories.

- Applied and changed job from product creation director to production director to pursue a challenge and for the long-term growth and opportunity. - Operated overall upper production factory in My Tho factory to deliver the quality uppers per delivery plan. - Managed human resources, sustainability management, environment, labor, etc. - Controlled T2, T2 vendors’ quality, delivery based on production plan. - Collaborated with quality team to meet the expectation of customers.

- Moved to Product Creation Center in Vietnam Manufacturing site (TaeKwang Vina). - Directed Product Creation teams for multiple Nike categories (Sportswear, Running, Max, Classic, Women’s, Kids, Men & Women Training) based on the business growth strategy. - Communicated directly with Nike World Headquarter, Vietnam Liaison office and material vendors through e-mails, video conferences, phone call, face to face meetings, etc. regarding products creation and manufacturing opportunities. - Sourced offshore manufacturing factories in Vietnam, China, and Indonesia based on production factories capabilities, capacities, machineries to deliver quality product with minimum production challenges. - Set up production support program. Nov Worked as Athletic Training and Women's Training (performance focused) Category Manager - Led project called ‘BLINDSIDE (Shox Rival)’ in TaeKwang to help Nike to take market share from other brand competitors. Nike Sportswear planned project ‘BLINDSIDE’ to develop produce and launch within 3 months total. With the successful launching of project ‘BLINDSIDE’, Nike Sportswear could take lots of market share as well as hardened the base of sportwear business. From the work of project ‘BLINDSIDE’, got ‘Shoe Dog Awards’ and ‘Maxim Awads (Simplify and Go)’. With this project, I managed and helped my team member (project manager) could develop 'Shox Rival' which was the first 2 pucks SHOX product in Nike history with over 100 SKU's. Nike Sportswear launched the product successfully in the global market. With the success of project 'BLIND SIDE', got SHOEDOG AWARDS of 'Best shoe of the year' which was Nike internal awards as well as MAXIM AWARDS, "SIMPLIFY AND GO" from Mark Parker who was Nike Inc. CEO. (MAXIM AWARDS was given to who made/invented the most successful thing of the year not just only in the footwear field, but also in all the fields such as logistic, process, administration, apparel, equipment, etc. within Nike)

Worked as a Project Manager and a project management leader who developed Nike Performance Running footwear, Nike Shox footwear, Nike Woman's Training footwear, and Nike Sportswear footwear. I developed many million sellers like the series of Air Max, Shox, Lunar and Free, etc.

- Assisted, planned and implemented sales promotion and event for Busan market to promote sales. - Awarded “Excellent workmanship of LG”.

- Supervised all Nike trials in the company. - Supported tech field in new technology (ex. Direct PU pouring on outsole). - Managed Safety, Health and Protection Environment audit. - Worked on a transition program of Tech Data Manual (Process Flow Chart) in collaboration with Nike liaison office. - Planned and suggested network infrastructure evolving program in TaeKwang group to enable electronic Tech Data Manual worked among all related department.
