• In charge of 6 Asean countries Quality Feedback by having consistent follow up with factory. • Prepare and manage shipping delivery of articles to factory for Investigation • Review of investigation reports provided by factory & conduct of in-house inspection of warehouse articles to similar occurrences from happening. • Arrangement of tools calibration to be delivered to vendors to ensure the tools are within standard, vetting of calibration certificate for errors. •Conducting in house power supply inspection list to ensure modules are working to specifications before delivery to customers. •Developing a tracking system to ensure the accountability of any replacement article that was issued from factory & able to provide replacement to customer without delay. •Providing Product View for customers further comparison, develop a library for future references.
