Including ETO (engineer to order) based. • Responsible in preparation of documents required for project including drawings, purchased parts specification, procedures, bill of material and product installation manual (IOM). • To assist on resolving production technical issue encountered on products. • Involving in implement of Enterprise resource planning (ERP) system to improve bill of material accuracy. • To assist purchasing department in sourcing raw materials, components and parts specification. • Responsible to simulate chiller operating analysis base on customer requirements at various design condition optimize maximum efficiency. • Designing air cooled chiller base on customer needs. • Involving in costing down project without sacrificing product quality and performance to compete in current competitive market. • To perform critical parts procurement with planner in order to meet the deadline product delivery date. • Vessel selection for chiller in order to meet client standard requirement including ASME, PED, and JKKP.
