- Lead the Production Planning and Material Planning teams to ensure efficient scheduling, resource allocation, and material readiness to meet production targets. - Supervise the Store Management team to ensure accurate inventory control, timely material issuance, and effective warehouse organization. - Develop and implement production planning strategies to align with media manufacturing demand, ensuring optimal utilization of manpower, equipment, and materials. - Analyze sales forecasts, inventory levels, and production capacities to identify potential bottlenecks and propose corrective actions to improve throughput and delivery performance. - Collaborate cross-functionally with Manufacturing, Quality Assurance (QA), Engineering, Equipment, Facilities, Procurement, and Logistics teams to ensure seamless coordination and timely execution of production activities. - Monitor and report key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as MU, yield, PPH, capacity of different machine, recommendation and drive continuous improvement. - Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance planning accuracy, reduce lead time, and improve cost efficiency through volume, yield improvement or new materials introduction. - Provide training, coaching, and support to planning and production teams to strengthen their analytical, communication, and operational skills. - Support new product introduction (NPI) and engineering change management (ECN) activities by coordinating with relevant departments to ensure smooth transitions in production plans. - Participate in capacity planning and resource forecasting to support business growth and long-term strategic planning from 1 year to 5 year.

- prepare Long term 6 to 12 month Production master Plan. Prepare PSI and reporting to 4site & Global sales team. - daily planning and monitor output. WIP & FG, shipment status, adjust production plan and comprehend various issues, collaborate and communicate with different teams ( QA, Production, RD, Shipping, Shipment team ) to achieve sales target. − Weekly update customers on their orders by providing them with timely reports detailing current shipment and output status along with our recovery plan(s). Share worst-case scenarios along with impact studies while carrying out risk management activities. - work with RD for sample progress and Sample shipment - work QA for onhold progress, minimize risk lot and improvement sample - manage WIP, forecast, budgeting and purchase WIP and some materials from vendor. - issue sales orders, delivery notes, invoices using SAP -Perform other ad-hoc duties and case study given by management. example different product lines P/L study, machine capacity & process study, identifying bottlenecks process and man-power allocation & constraints.

−Receive customer purchase order, strategize procurement of materials, confirm lead time and estimated date of arrival for the materials, issue work orders that include arranging machines, workers and subcontractors while setting a timeline to produce goods. Commit to delivery schedule. −Constantly monitor production progress (output status) in order to ensure delivery can be met and update all stakeholders (management & customers) on production status. −Arrange air or ocean shipment with forwarder depending on customer shipping instructions. −monitor production status, comprehend and handle production issue and engineer team −Issue consignment notes in order to arrange sub-contractor production processes, and overseen sub-process shipment status. −Plan material requirements by preparing and releasing purchase orders; liaise with suppliers, ensuring vendor deliveries of materials timely; update the production plan or FG shipment if vendor deliveries change. −Update customer pull-in/push-out order lists; re-arrange the production plan in order to prioritize more urgent products; handle decommitment issues while proposing recovery plans that prevent/minimize impact on the customer's production line. −Follow up with quality issues regarding return-to-vendor(RTV), arrange replacements when necessary. Liaise with both marketing teams and R&D departments for RD sample shipment. −Issue shipping documents such as invoices, delivery notes, CNs(RTVs). −Perform other ad-hoc duties when assigned which may include seeking new vendors/suppliers or requesting quotations/cost analyses.

−trade equity, derivatives, warrants listed in Hong Kong Stock Exchange using firm's capital, search and explore arbitrage opportunity or mispricing. −Prepare fundamental research report, include company background, peep comparison analysis, financial analysis and market earning forecast. Collect investment bank analysis reports, review and summarize. −formulate and carry out company & senior trading strategic, involve speculative, hedging and arbitrage −analyze and speculate on daily economic and financial news.
