Loveseat Online Auctions s an online auction-based marketplace where consumers can access local returned or overstock home goods at extremely affordable prices. At Loveseat, I oversaw all run-the-business functions including business development, buying, logistics, warehouse operations, auction merchandising and customer experience.

Oversees the $1B+ in retail value P&L of non-perfect orders. Responsible for customer experience and cost mitigation by developing and scaling supplier programs, resolution offerings, reverse logistics, 4-wall processing, and resale capabilities.

General manager with full P&L ownership. Responsible for defining the brand direction, customer experience vision, marketing strategy, merchandising approach and on-site experience.

Responsible for all marketing channels (social, search, email, print, TV) for the Joss & Main brand. In addition, managed search marketing for AllModern, Perigold, Birch Lane and Joss & Main.

Responsible for Vistaprint's online product customization platform and user experience strategy, as well as the selection of design templates across all product lines. Plays the role of Chief Product Owner in an agile technology environment, identifying and prioritizing investments and directing the work of internal engineering and creative teams based on customer and business value.
