Led Google's Real Estate & Workplace Services (REWS) Global Enablement team which included 5 key horizontal pillars that supported the broader REWS organization: Consulting & Analytics, REWS Marketing & Communications, REWS Learning & Development, Change Management and real estate M&A integration efforts.

Led a global team of program owners and subject matter experts focused on culinary, procurement, nutrition, food choice architecture, sustainability, food safety, risk management and vendor management that help shape Google’s legendary food program. Responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of tools and processes that support Google's food program and enables efficient program activation and compliance across a global, rapidly growing and evolving network.

Led development and implementation of global diversity & inclusion strategy. The team’s work covered a broad set of efforts from driving initiatives to bridge the digital divide to engaging leaders more deeply around topics of inclusion to activating Googlers around inclusion efforts.

Acted as senior strategic advisor for 1,400 person Servicing business. Business included Loan Servicing, Customer Service, Collections and Fraud. Leveraged market and business intelligence to develop strategies to help transform and evolve the business. Responsible for managing Strategic Planning, Service Quality and Intranet teams. Worked closely with Servicing Executive Vice President on special projects as needed.

Advised senior management of Fortune 500 companies on strategic and operational challenges. Managed day-to-day activities of project case team, including structuring client problem, assigning case modules and serving as primary point of contact for client. Project highlights include e-commerce strategy, market entry/positioning, new business creation, and post-merger integration.

Assisted in the proposal and execution of financing transactions in the media, cable and airline industries. Developed detailed financial models to determine the financial impact of debt, equity, and M&A transactions companies in the radio broadcasting, telecommunications and transportation industries.
