• Took full ownership of end-to-end operational execution of the Spanish rice project, covering supplier coordination, packaging planning, shipment control, contract utilization, complaint resolution and renewal preparation, while supporting director-level face-to-face commercial negotiations with suppliers. • Actively participated in the New Product Development process, supported the launch of over 100 new products within a year and achieving procurement targets. Build relationships with potential suppliers for the manager’s subsequent negotiations. • Conducted initial reviews of product ingredients and import documents to ensure compliance with UK and EU regulatory standards. Created label templates and collaborated closely with designers to maintain packaging compliance. • Monitored packaging usage across 150+ SKUs, placed orders based on sales trends and inventory levels, and resolved challenges related to tracking and production timelines. • Managed inventory across warehouses by initiating SAP stock transfer requests and coordinating with logistics teams to address discrepancies and BBD issues. • Ensured accurate landed cost calculations and order settlements in SAP by collaborating with the finance department, meeting deadlines before the fiscal year-end.

• Coordinated logistics allocation for local material deliveries in Spain and independently tracked material orders, providing demand and inventory insights to improve communication, order visibility and operational continuity. • Helped maintain operations during two local strikes and was recognized as Employee of the Half-Year.

• Supported inventory reconciliation and order commitment updates using Excel and PivotTables, and prepared merchandising presentation for senior management. • Coordinated store checks and conference logistics for a team of 20 Canadian designers in Beijing.
