SAP (Purchasing). Generate Requisitions of non-productive material. (Tooling & Equipment). Program and generate purchase orders, in base with the system requirements and the average consumptions analysis of the plant (weekly, monthly, bimonthly, etc.). Confirm and expedite purchase orders with national and foreign suppliers. Process RMÁs (Material Return Authorizations) with national and foreign suppliers. Generate new part numbers by system, to control and supply the existence of these in the plant according to its internal demand. Quote new part numbers and requote the already existing ones, (sticky, plastic, office, spare parts, etc.) looking for cost reduction and improvement of the delivery times. Analysis of Maximums and Minimums of materials, as well as their consumption average to assure the suitable supplying the same ones (weekly, monthly, bimonthly, etc.). Modifications in open purchase orders, according with the plant consumption. Direct relation with National and International suppliers, expediting material for Production, Engineering, Maintenance departments, etc. Handling inventories control in warehouse and production. Direct bonding with the receipt personnel of the warehouse area (short & to over shipments, packing slips, invoices, etc.). Control and handling in the generated, received information and/or processed for future consultation or reference (file layout of purchase orders, requisitions, quotations, etc.).

Support NPI and purchasing team as required to smooth introductions. Communicate with program management on sales forecasting and sales variations. Monitor and support planning team to meet KPIs and timely complain trainings and corporate requirements. Support department team members on customer escalations as required. Secure demand changes implemented in SAP/MRP. Monitor SAP metrics. Monitor and support departmental metrics (OTD, PDSOH, Sales). Follow up to completion of tasks assigned in main staff meetings, as required. Support Attend daily GEMBA meetings with staff and production team. Looking for process improvements. Support other departments (5´s audit and ergonomic comity as member).

Manage TIER1’s for productive parts and services: Magna, Lear, Forvia, ISRI. Manage OEM customer for spare parts (GM, BMW, FORD, FCA). FORD Q1 Certification achieved. Sales estimation and follow up to accomplishment. Forecast & Demand Management, forward and backward scheduling. Schedule and track shipments to customer, freight cost avoidance and associated cost on sales. Support to Master Scheduling and forecasting. Customer Satisfaction focused. SAP knowledge (Planning Module). Order entry knowledge (Creation of Sales order / Scheduling Agreements). Ability to work with different cultures. Support Launch team with new product introduction.
