I am a senior litigator and Managing Partner of the London office of Lerners LLP. My practice focuses on complex health, labour, employment, human rights, and regulatory disputes, with particular experience in high-stakes matters involving institutional risk, reputational sensitivity, and difficult legal terrain. I am regularly retained in matters where the legal issues are significant, the surrounding dynamics are complex, and careful judgment is required.In addition to litigation, I conduct workplace investigations and provide strategic advice to leaders navigating governance, policy, and crisis-related issues. A significant portion of my work involves advising major institutions on sensitive legal and human resource matters, often where competing obligations, public scrutiny, or internal complexity require both legal precision and practical judgment.Earlier in my career, I taught Civil Procedure at Western University’s Faculty of Law, where I was responsible for delivering upper-year instruction in written advocacy, procedural law, and litigation strategy. That experience continues to shape how I approach legal analysis: with clarity, structure, and close attention to how arguments are built and advanced.I currently serve in firm leadership while maintaining an active practice, with a continued focus on advocacy, professional excellence, and the long-term development of the profession. My work has been recognized through inclusion in Best Lawyers and the Canadian Legal Lexpert Directory, and most recently through the Laura Legge Award from the Law Society of Ontario.
