Having worked and lived in Vietnam, Germany, Turkey, and Taiwan (10 years total), I have led multi-national teams and executed cross-border projects across 46 countries. My experience spans petrochemicals, functional and inorganic materials, electronic materials, and rare-earth-related businesses. I have served in multiple leadership roles including Deputy General Manager of Sojitz Taiwan Corporation, General Manager of Sojitz Europe (Istanbul Branch), and Leader of the Petrochemical Paradigmshift Project (PPP) at headquarters.
