Yogita has been serving as an independent member of the "Internal Committee" of several companies of Delhi to deal with the complaints against Sexual Harassment of women at workplace on the guidelines and norms laid down in the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act 2013. She is currently serving and has served 6 committees instituted for handling complaints on sexual harassment at workplace. 1. Member, ICC, Delhi High Court 2018 - Present 2. Member, ICC, Décor Asia 2018 - 2020 She regularly conducts gender sensitization training at corporate houses and Psu. As a part of her role, she has performing - 1. Enquiry into complaints 2. Creating awareness among employees of organization for prevention of sexual harassment at workplace

Recently delivered a lecture at the 17th Asian Post Graduate Course on Victimology, Victim Assistance and Criminal Justice conducted by Centre for Victimology & psychological studies at Jindal Institute of Behavioural Sciences in association with World Society Of Victimology.

People Against Rapes in India (PARI) is a youth-led Not-for-Profit in India, advocating for the rights of rape victims in India. Our core areas of work include advocating against sexual violence, providing prevention mechanisms for rape and supporting rape survivors with psychosocial support. We also extensively provide a support structure to rape survivors for judicial procedures and their rehabilitation. Sensitizing communities on the need to end rape and victim blaming is crucial to reduce the stigmatization around the subject of rape as well as rape survivors (Who often can’t speak about their ordeal). To achieve this, PARI undertakes extensive awareness building initiatives at the grass-root level. As a part of PARI we have undertaken various initiatives - 1. Worked with physically abused children in Delhi which included counselling, medical assistance, education etc. 2. Helped many accident victims including fighting Court cases to help them to get some relief and grants. 3. Reunited many homeless mentally challenged women with their families from Delhi when disaster affected Jammu & Kashmir. 4. Also worked very closely with families of missing children which includes helping them getting their FIRs, tracking with police, social media awareness, counselling and confidence building for them. 5. Organized Nirbhaya walk on women safety in march 2014.The walk was the outcome of fear and worries of women waking fearlessly during dark hours. This was a huge success and was highly appreciated as the women got to walk midnight on Delhi roads and could openly discuss their issues.

The Saansad Adarsh Gram Yojana (SAGY) is a flagship scheme of the Ministry of Rural Development launched by Hon'ble Prime Minister Narendra Modi in 2014. Under the scheme, each Member of Parliament from Rajya and Lok Sabha has to identify a Gram Panchayat from his/ her constituency to be turned into a model of development. The scheme aims at convergence of ongoing government schemes to improve infrastructure and standard of living in villages. I served as the Director, Development of two villages- Khampur and Jaunti in North-West Delhi, working directly with the Member of Parliament from North-West Delhi, Shri Udit Raj. Some of the key initiatives undertaken - * Gender Sensitization at all levels” at slums of North West Delhi under “Buddha Education Foundation funded by ONGC. * Adopted 200 children in a remote village in Haryana (Ambala district) who are suffering from malnutrition, supporting their medication and diet. * Road and Drainage work at Khampur Village funded By Airport Authority of India

Served as the Vice Chairman of the State Council for Women Empowerment of the Government of Uttarakhand.

The National Commission for Women (NCW) was set up as statutory body in January 1992 under the National Commission for Women Act, 1990 ( Act No. 20 of 1990 of Govt.of India ) to review the Constitutional and Legal safeguards for women, recommend remedial legislative measures, facilitate redressal of grievances and advise the Government on all policy matters affecting women. I was the member of the Expert Committee on Gender and Education. The roles as a member - * Recognizing the role of education as a catalyst in gender sensitization. * To main stream gender sensitization / human rights education in schools & universities. * Introducing gender sensitization / human rights element into every subjects.. * To make suggestions and recommendations to initiate policy level changes as well as for better implementation of existing policies, programmes and schemes for welfare of women and children in the field of education. I was also an external member of the Inquiries Committee constituted by the NCW to look into high profile cases of sexual harassment amongst others.

Das Charitable Foundation (DCF), a duly registered NGO, has been implementing community development programmes to addresses crucial socio-economic issues facing our society. Our flagship initiatives include Project 'Ummeed' and Project 'Utthhan'. Project Ummeed focused on promoting safe driving and adherence to traffic rules by Blue line Bus drivers. Our Foundation laid special emphasis on addressing the emotional, physical, and overall mental well being of the drivers through counselling sessions and workshops. Project Utthhan was specifically directed towards women empowerment and poverty elimination. Our target audience comprised of Widows, single women and other financially distressed women. We focused on their skill development so as to increase their earning ability. This project was a runaway success, and we were successfully able to place more than 1000 women from the Economically Weaker Sections (EWS) of the Society as Cab drivers, Housekeeping Staff and Car Cleaners. The mission of the “Youth for a cause” is to bring about positive community change by providing a social platform to all such young individuals who are competent, empowered, and enthusiastic and dedicated to work towards socio-cultural and socio-economic issues facing our country. Community Development Programmes was another core area for DCF. We tirelessly worked to ensure access to drinking water for Sadi Village in Rajasthan. We also founded and ran Night Shelters at three locations in New Delhi, impacting 200+ people

A visiting committee was engaged by Department of Social Welfare and Women & Child Development to maintain a public spirited oversight. I was appointed for posting the department my suggestions and recommendations by keeping regular touch with the respective homes. This will help in uplifting these institutions to a higher level.
