Efficiency enhancement through digital projects identification & implementation.  Enable sustainable improvement in operating efficiencies over standard norms  Control inventory levels at the operating facilities within targets  Develop and execute actions towards statutory compliance and reducing EHS risks  Implement processes to improve quality focus and system orientation among the team  Comply with production plans and reduce causes for shortfall  Lead execution of good manufacturing practices  Support successful commissioning of expansion and infrastructural projects for the Bu  Perform the role of people Manager

• Develop techno-commercial proposals for projects and acquisition proposals. • Support successful commissioning of expansion and infrastructural projects. • Work with the client team to address/escalations and own the resolutions • Plan and implement major change requests and engineering tasks. • Participate in technical audits. • Identify opportunities for automation standardization and stabilization of environment. • Implement best practices in specific technology area. • Responsible for driving the change mgmt effectively by ensuring that regular process health checks are done and bringing in best practices and building SOPs.

• To ensure and assure that plant is running with defined SOP. - To take care of plant people and process. - To plan the shift hrs activity and control it. - To maintain healthy human relation & discipline among available shift personnel. - To coordinate with others department like, Lab, Maintenance and store, safety, Environment. - To ensure that plant meet its all target related to Production, Quality and Housekeeping. - To follow the rules and regulation laid down by Management/ Organization time to time.
